Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to helping individuals and families navigate complex social services systems. We pride ourselves on providing expert advice and support for various immigration applications, including LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment), study permits, work permits, visitor visas, super visas, CEC (Canadian Experience Class), FSW (Federal Skilled Worker), PNP (Provincial Nominee Program), and more. Our mission is to facilitate smooth and successful immigration processes for our clients through dedication, expertise, and personalized service.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, compile, and manage all necessary documentation for submission of immigration applications including LMIA, study permits, work permits, visitor visas, super visas, CEC, FSW, and PNP.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes and developments in Canadian immigration policies and procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and circumstances.
  • Monitor application statuses and communicate updates and outcomes to clients promptly.
  • Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to coordinate care.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with database management for tracking client information.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively.
  • Leadership qualities to guide clients through challenging situations.
  • Ability to procure necessary resources for client support.
  • Excellent negotiation skills for securing services on behalf of clients.
  • Familiarity with French is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
