Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Bilingual Program Supervisor located in Ottawa, ON. The Bilingual Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high standards of care and education for children. Duties include developing and implementing programs, managing case files, communicating effectively with parents and staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

  • Supervisory Skills and Program Management experience
  • Communication and Case Management abilities
  • Program Development skills
  • Proficiency in both English and French is required
  • Experience in a childcare or educational setting is beneficial
  • Relevant degree or certification in Early Childhood Education
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
