Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality programs and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and supervisory skills, with a focus on program management and budgeting. This role is essential in ensuring that our programs run smoothly and effectively, while also fostering a positive work environment for staff and participants.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs to ensure they meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage the program budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
  • Supervise program staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community partners and participants.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss program progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures as well as relevant regulations.
  • Prepare reports on program outcomes, budget status, and other relevant metrics for management review.

Qualifications

  • Proven administrative experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong budgeting skills with experience managing financial resources effectively.
  • Demonstrated program management experience with a track record of successful project execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
