The Role:
The Sales Coordinator supports the day-to-day needs of our Sales team and will have a wide range of responsibilities. This fast-paced environment requires an individual that is a proven multitasker, someone who can prioritize their responsibilities while in an ever-changing environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience as the first point of contact and beyond.
- Accurately enter customer orders—including cancellations, return authorizations, and change requests—into the ERP system (SAP).
- Ensure timely and precise processing of customer orders.
- Engage with customers to provide accurate product information, promptly address their concerns, monitor emerging issues, take immediate action when possible, and escalate matters when necessary.
- Respond to operational inquiries and participate in calls with customers and the Sales team.
- Coordinate and fulfill ad-hoc customer requests, ensuring completion meets defined expectation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary education in business administration or marketing management, or 1-2 years customer support experience in a busy sales environment with a strong interest in pursuing your career in this field.
- Strong communications skills with a customer-first focus.
- Thrives on being organized with great follow-through, attention to details, and high motivation.
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
- Hands on experience within an ERP system, preferably with SAP knowledge, and working knowledge with Salesforce. Training will be provided.
- Strong computer skills with a focus on Excel.
- Must be able to work flexible hours (including weekly evening meetings with international customers and/or team in Asia).
