Full-Time Mall Store Sales Associate Endy

Join Endy's inaugural retail experience at Sherway Gardens.  This collaboration between Endy and Sleep Country Canada capitalizes on the in-store techniques and expertise that SCC have fine-tuned and perfected over the last 30 years combined with Endy's product assortment, innovative brand and customer following. 

Endy is a Canadian e-commerce company that sells sleep products online. Founded in 2015, Endy primarily operates as an online storefront, with their main headquarters in Toronto and is one of Canada's largest direct online-only mattress stores. The brand's mission -- to help all Canadians get a better night's sleep -- extends beyond its customers. Endy has donated thousands of mattresses since launch to families and individuals in need across the country.  In 2018, Endy was acquired by Sleep Country Canada and with thousands of 5-star customer reviews, Endy has continued to build a brand based on customer obsession and product innovation.

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations
• Represent both the Sleep Country and Endy brand with best-in-class customer experience, helping customers with their inquiries
• Efficiently process sales orders via tablet or point of sale
• Capture email addresses, customer insights and product experiences to report back to the team

• Ideally have 1- 3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this is considered an asset and not mandatory as we will invest in the right person
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own
• Knowledgeable in Mac and Google Suite systems
• Zendesk or other help desk system knowledge is an asset
• Familiarity with Shopify or online store management systems is an asset
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends
