Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our online presence. This role combines expertise in SEO, web development, search engine marketing, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure our website is optimized for search engines, user experience, and conversions while driving measurable results through paid campaigns and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development

• Manage and update content using Sitefinity CMS.
• Optimize website performance (speed, responsiveness, security).
• Implement UX improvements to enhance user engagement and conversions.
• Experience with responsive design, mobile-first development and modern UX/UI trends.
• Experience with web accessibility and WCAG compliance
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and QA Testing.
• Experience with multi-lingual website

SEO

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Implement on-page optimization strategies (meta tags, headings, internal linking).
• Manage local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profile optimization and Local Business Pages.
• Apply schema markup for rich search results.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages.
• Optimize budgets and bids to maximize ROI.

Reporting

• Develop and maintain monthly dashboards tracking KPIs.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data.
• Communicate results and improvement plans to stakeholders.

Required Education, Skills, Certification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SEO, SEM, and web development.
• Proficiency in Sitefinity CMS (or similar CMS platforms).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Familiarity with schema markup and structured data.
• Knowledge of UX principles and web performance optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience in A/B testing and multivariate testing
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Certifications:

• Google Ads Certification.
• Google Analytics Certification.
• SEO-related certifications (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
