Versys is looking for a motivated 3rd Year Electrical Apprentice who's ready to take their skills beyond construction and start building a career in commissioning.

Why a 3rd Year? At this stage, you've already gained solid construction or industrial experience—installing conduit, cable tray, junction boxes, lights, and plugs—and you've built a working knowledge of electrical code. That foundation makes you the perfect fit to step onto our projects and grow toward commissioning and startup work.

What You'll Do

  • Take on project-based construction scope: conduit, cable tray, junction boxes, lights, and receptacles
  • Work in industrial environments alongside journeymen and commissioning specialists
  • Apply your understanding of electrical code in real-world project settings
  • Gain exposure to commissioning, testing, and startup activities with mentorship and training

What You Bring

  • Current 3rd Year Electrical Apprentice standing
  • Previous construction or industrial project experience (minimum 2–3 years in the trade)
  • Hands-on skills with conduit, tray, boxes, and fixtures
  • A general understanding of electrical code and safe work practices
  • Motivation to grow into commissioning and advance your career
