About the Role
:
As a Creative Performance Strategist, you'll work within our Quality Control & Compliance team to bring ad ideas to life—fast, intelligently, and compliantly. This role blends creative execution, performance strategy, and compliance oversight, all while staying at the forefront of digital advertising trends.
We use AI as a tool—not a crutch—
to generate faster concepts, refine creative direction, and identify performance opportunities. But we rely on people like
you
to go beyond the prompt, explore new angles, refine the output, and craft ads that actually convert.
We're looking for
a self-starter with a strong creative/design/marketing background—someone who's not waiting to be told what to do. You love figuring things out, going the extra mile to test a new angle, push a layout further, or research what's working and why. We are a creative team first and foremost. We are looking for quick/fast execution of creatives with candidates having strong problem-solving skills and a go-getter attitude.
We generate leads for multiple verticals, including but not limited to:
Life Insurance, Window replacement, Auto Insurance & Loans, eCommerce, and many more

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with media buyers to develop and launch winning ad concepts across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut AI) to spark creative direction—then layer in strategy and polish to make ideas performance-ready.
- Optimize and iterate on top-performing creatives using data, A/B test results, and industry research.
- Ensure all assets meet advertising compliance standards using internal guides, disclaimers, and market-specific regulations.
- Support media buyers with creative research, asset production, compliance rewrites, and onboarding kits for new offers or products.
- Explore new tools, trends, and formats that could give our team an edge in performance or workflow efficiency.
Who You Are:
- A proactive, solution-oriented creative who doesn't wait for instructions—you explore, test, and build.
- Comfortable producing image and video assets with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, Figma, or equivalent.
- Passionate about AI and excited to explore how it can support ideation, design, scripting, and optimization—without losing the human touch.
- Analytical and results-driven: you understand how creative ties into CTR, CPA, and scaling media buying campaigns.
- Collaborative and fast-moving, with strong time management skills and comfort balancing multiple creative requests.
- Eager to grow within a high-performance company where your output directly impacts revenue.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience editing or producing UGC
- Copywriting skills for hooks, captions, or compliant scripts
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Creative Center, or Google Ads dashboards
- Background in content marketing, DTC, or direct response advertising
- Background in Media Buying
