The Opportunity

Build the Future With Us – This is your chance to be part of a team that's shaping the world's infrastructure and communities. In this role, you'll apply your roadway design expertise to projects that make a real impact across Ontario.

Your Impact

  • Design and deliver roadway, drainage, safety barrier, pavement marking, and signage solutions using advanced tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and InRoads.
  • Prepare technical analyses, cost estimates, and reports that influence project decisions and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, future-ready designs.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions and inform design strategies.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to innovation discussions that shape the future of transportation infrastructure

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of roadway design experience.
  • P.Eng designation or in progress is an asset.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, InRoads) and familiarity with Ontario design standards.
  • Experience with Design-Build/P3 projects and BIM is an advantage.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
  • Valid G driver's license is an asset

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $81,900 - $112,800
MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
