Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of technical tasks that support our operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
  • Feed, monitor and respond to alarms on fish health
  • Collect and analyze data related to equipment performance and operational efficiency.
  • Weight samples, grading, vaccinating, shipping fish
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
  • Work in a team and be able to work alone, unsupervised
  • Drive a standard tractor around oxygen lines and water intakes carefully
  • Be aware of what is going on at all times

Skills

  • Proficient in basic math skills
  • Strong ability in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.50 per hour
