Gates Law, a well-established, client-focused boutique law firm, is looking for an experienced (3+ years) Associate Lawyer seeking someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and long-term

vision – we're looking for someone who wants to become a partner and eventually take over the firm.

About You

We're looking for an Associate Lawyer who:

  • Has 3+ years of legal experience
  • Is currently working at a mid-to-large firm but craving more autonomy, purpose, and control of their career
  • Is interested in becoming a partner and eventually taking over the firm
  • Wants to build a practice aligned with their passions and strengths
  • Thrives in an exceptionally fast-paced environment
  • Embraces the entrepreneurial side of law
  • Can work independently and thrives without micromanagement
  • Is internally motivated, organized, and process-driven

About the Role

In this role, you would:

  • Use our proven, established systems and processes to deliver consistent, top-tier legal service and build your own client base in your preferred areas of practice
  • Handle client files from start to finish with autonomy and care
  • Contribute to the growth and evolution of the firm, stepping into a partnership and succession track
  • Collaborate with our small, close-knit team in a fast-paced but supportive environment
