Job Description
What we are looking for
The Network and System Administrator reports to the Director of Information Technology.

Main Responsibilities
IT Network Management
: Ensure the design, configuration, installation, and maintenance of the Lacroix Medical Group's IT network, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment.

System Administration
: Manage VMware servers and operating systems, such as Windows Server and Linux. This includes system installation, configuration, updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

IT Security
: Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect the network and systems against internal and external threats. This may include managing firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection systems (SIEM, EDR), and security policies.

Data Backup and Recovery
: Develop and implement data backup strategies to ensure the availability and integrity of company data. Be able to quickly restore data in the event of a failure or disaster.

Technical Support
: Provide technical support to users for network or IT system issues. This may involve remote or on-site troubleshooting, incident resolution, and providing user guidance and training (including cybersecurity).
