The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to loss prevention, effective surveillance techniques, and a strong understanding of law enforcement practices. Duties:

  • Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
  • Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations for review by management.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns or incidents.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various situations.
  • A security certificate is an asset
  • basic clean criminal record check is required
