Position Overview:

We're looking for an Appliance Installer (Entry-Level/Apprentice) to join our team. No experience is required — just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. You'll work alongside experienced installers to learn the ins and outs of appliance installation, from delivery & installation to customer service and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with loading and unloading appliances from delivery trucks
  • Help move and position appliances safely into place
  • Learn and support the installation of various appliances (fridges, dishwashers, laundry machines, etc.)
  • Use hand tools and follow instructions to complete basic installation tasks
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment on site
  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Travel to various residential and commercial locations around Edmonton

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Must be able to lift 50lb
  • Willing to obtain CSTS, WHIMIS, and First Aid certification (company can assist)
  • Steel-toe boots
  • Previous experience with appliance installation, hand tools, or general labor is an asset but not required
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork are essential
  • Comfortable using mobile devices for communication and tracking job details.
  • Able to work independently and follow scheduled timelines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail oriented

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Up to 40 hours per week
  • Some evening and weekend shifts as needed
  • Starting wage: $17/hour, with opportunities for regular increases as skills and experience grow
