We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team in a key support role. This position is responsible for managing customer return requests initiated by the Service team, ensuring merchandise is returned to Evertz in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

The role involves close collaboration with internal departments—including Production, Logistics, Sales, Administration, and Technical Support—to facilitate warranty replacements, coordinate repair unit shipments, and prepare replacement quotes for customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is committed to delivering a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties 
  • Evaluation of customer needs and solutions 
  • Issue and process Return Merchandise Authorization numbers (RMAs) for customer hardware returns 
  • Correspond with customers regarding returns, status updates and payments 
  • Other duties as required 

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking skills, problem-solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Some customer service experience if preferred
