Before you dive deeper, please note the following key points:
  • This is  a fully remote full-time contractor role
  • We are seeking someone preferably with a background in B2C marketing
  • Although the role is remote, the candidate must be available during EU hours (GMT)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the organic social media strategy aligned with brand tone, content pillars, and marketing goals.
  • Plan and maintain the content calendar across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X).
  • Create and produce high-performing posts—static, video, stories, lives, carousels.
  • Source and integrate UGC, testimonials, and influencer content into the feed.
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
  • Track channel performance and report on KPIs: engagement rate, reach, growth, saves, shares, and sentiment.
  • Identify trends, conversations, and opportunities to keep the brand relevant.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing and creating content for social media platforms.
  • Background working with D2C e-commerce brands.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of audience engagement and content planning.
  • Experience collaborating with other creators and influencers.
  • Solid visual and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and full of fresh ideas.
  • Being a content creator is a strong plus (not mandatory).
  • Experience in the wellness industry — prior work with supplements is highly appreciated.
  • Strong ability to manage projects independently and drive them from concept to completion.
