Description:

We're seeking a
contractor
to support high‑priority initiatives in
data governance, records management, and business case prioritization
. This role will help set up a cross‑functional governance group, deliver quick records improvements, build end‑to‑end process views, and prepare decision‑ready materials for leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Support a cross‑functional
    data governance group
  • Build action plans for
    records improvements
  • Map
    end‑to‑end processes
    and draft business case content
  • Organize and summarize
    LDC business cases
    for prioritization

What We're Looking For

  • Post‑secondary education in Business, IS, CS, Data/Analytics, or related
  • 0–4+ years in data, systems, or process improvement
  • Strong stakeholder management & facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of
    data governance
    and process mapping
  • Excellent communication; proficiency in
    Excel (Power Query)
    &
    Power BI

Nice‑to‑have:
Records management exposure, GenAI/AI/ML familiarity, change management, cloud/data platforms.
