Renewal managers work collaboratively to develop a holistic view of customer renewal requirements and objectives to define a strategy for on-time renewals. Renewal managers possess strong knowledge of negotiation strategies and orchestrate cross functional resources to secure every renewal, minimizing risk and annual recurring revenue attrition. The renewal team collaborates with Product Management, Sales, operations and IT teams to respond to real time customer impacts.Key ResponsibilitiesAccountable for owning and executing a portfolio of renewal contracts of hardware, software and services across an assigned customer accountWork with customer executives, partners and vendor teams to develop a holistic, deep view of customer requirements and objectives and define a strategy to drive on time renewalsDevelop and action strat egic account plans for accounts and submits opportunity utilizing Bell tools while delivering relevant business case information to key stakeholdersBuild total contract opportunities and financial models for the purpose of presenting to client's senior financial staffAchieve sales objectives including quota and productivity requirements and other key performance indicatorsWorks in and develops an expertise in Bell proprietary tools (pricing tools, Unified Database, etc.) as well as vendor owned tools (Cisco Commerce Workspace, Cisco Commerce Workspace- Renewals etc.)Spend > 50% of time in contact with customers; mainly interact with information technology, line of business, and key decision makersSpend 25% -50% of your time building awareness to assess customers' landscape and inventory in an effort to cross and upsellCritical QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or Communications. Post graduate degree preferred3-5 years of previous related experience with 1 to 2+ years of sales experience in the information technology industry, specifically in areas such as: consulting, service delivery management, sales, and partner management5+ years of experience with subscription and software offersSolid business acumen, with an understanding of business mathematics, financial strategies, and performance indicators, can apply that knowledge to clients' economic environment and purchasing habitsComprehensive knowledge of Cisco services portfolio, which include Advanced Services and Technical Services, is necessary to be effective in this roleWorking experience with large technology OEM' s maintenance renewal programs and tools, preferably CiscoExperience building effective account plans and communicating them to partners in corporate sales environment with a strong sales background managing and closing large-complex annual renewalsHighly motivated self-starter displaying ability to work effectively with internal resources and demonstrate strong team leadership within the set strategiesExcellent social /customer service skills, exceptional written and oral communication capabilitiesStrong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines & handle changing prioritiesStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite tools with an emphasis on excel, Salesforce knowledge an assetIn the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across CanadaAs part of the job, this person will be required to produce documents in French & EnglishAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.Additional InformationPosition Type:ManagementJob Status:Regular - Full TimeJob Location:Canada : Quebec : Montreal || Canada : Ontario : Ottawa || Canada : Ontario : TorontoWork Arrangement:HybridApplication Deadline:02/04/2026For work arrangements that are 'Hybrid', successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
