Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and providing exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized, and have a passion for retail sales and technology products. Bilingual abilities and experience in merchandising or technical sales are highly valued. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales through effective customer interactions, product demonstrations, and upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
  • Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of various items, especially technology products
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance on product specifications, usage, and troubleshooting
  • Handle cashiering duties including POS transactions, cash handling, and processing payments accurately
  • Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the sales floor is tidy and inviting
  • Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and courtesy
  • Support inventory management through stock replenishment and merchandising tasks
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure efficient customer service during busy period

Experience

  • Previous retail sales experience is would be assist.
  • Bilingual skills (English plus additional languages) are a plus for serving diverse customers
  • Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math is essential
  • Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, and organizational

Job Type: Seasonal

Contract length: 1 month

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
