Who You Are

You're an experienced
Senior
Implementation Consultant
who thrives on helping organizations improve how they work through technology. You've successfully implemented SaaS platforms such as

,
Asana
,
ClickUp
,
HubSpot
, or similar systems and you understand how to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

You're comfortable leading client engagements, facilitating discovery workshops, and collaborating with technical and business teams to deliver implementations that delight clients. You're organized, detail-oriented, and have a knack for solving problems creatively.

We have a strong preference for candidates in Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto.

What You'll Do

  • Lead or contribute to
    end-to-end SaaS implementation projects
    , from discovery and design to configuration and delivery.
  • Work directly with clients to
    understand business goals, map processes
    , and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Configure and customize SaaS platforms (e.g., , Asana, ClickUp, HubSpot) to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with
    business analysts, project managers, and developers
    to ensure technical and functional alignment.
  • Create
    documentation
    and deliver
    training sessions
    to help clients adopt and maximize their software investment.
  • Conduct
    QA testing
    , validate configurations, and manage updates or enhancements post-launch.
  • Stay current with platform features, apps, integrations, and best practices and share that knowledge internally and with clients.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients by acting as a
    trusted advisor
    and ensuring successful outcomes.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years
    of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SaaS solutions (e.g., , Asana, ClickUp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Proven success leading or supporting multiple software implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of
    business processes
    , workflow design, and change management.
  • Excellent communication skills you can translate between business users and technical professionals with ease.
  • Experience using visualization tools like
    Lucidchart
    ,
    Miro
    , or
    Figma
    (an asset).
  • A
    problem-solving mindset
    and ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business
    ,
    Computer Science

    Information Systems
    , or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in
