Job Title: Real Estate Photographer / Videographer (Per‑Job, Contractor)

Location: Winnipeg + Surrounding Area

Compensation: $90+ per order (photos + video) + add on's which include drone, floorplans, social media reels, 360

About Us

We're a high‑volume real estate media company that helps top agents win more listings and sell homes faster with standout photo + video. We handle the marketing, sales, scheduling, and editing so you can focus on shooting and getting paid.

We're growing and looking for 1–2 A‑player shooters to join our roster.

What You'll Do

  • Shoot real estate listings (interior, exterior, details) following our shot list and standards
  • Occasionally shoot simple video walkthroughs and basic drone (if licensed & equipped)
  • Arrive on time, represent the brand professionally, and treat every property with respect
  • Upload files same‑day with proper organization and naming
  • Follow our SOPs and checklists so editors can turn around fast, consistent work

What You Get (Average job pays around $110 with 2-3 hours of work)

  • Per‑job pay (example – adjust as needed):
  • Standard Photo Package: $37.50
  • Standard Listing Video add‑on: +$52.50
  • Drone add‑on: +$27.50

We handle:

  • All client acquisition and scheduling
  • Editing and delivery
  • Invoicing and collections

You get:

  • Consistent work during busy seasons
  • Flexible schedule (you accept/decline jobs you can't take)
  • Clear standards and feedback so you can level up

What You Need

Must‑haves:

  • Your own full‑frame camera body suitable for real estate (Sony, Canon, Nikon, etc.)
  • Wide‑angle lens appropriate for interiors (15 or 16 mm)
  • Detail Lens (50mm - 100mm)
  • Tripod
  • Gimbal
  • Reliable car and valid driver's license
  • Ability to shoot 4K RAW at 60fps and follow basic bracketing/HDR workflows
  • Camera must have at least 20 megapixel capabilities for photos
  • Strong attention to verticals, composition, and clean framing

Nice‑to‑haves:

  • A- Player attitude and hunger to learn and grow
  • Prior real estate or architecture portfolio
  • Basic video experience (smooth walkthroughs)
  • Drone license + drone
