Responsibilities

  • Culinary Excellence: Prepare and execute high-quality breakfast dishes consistently, ensuring every plate meets our standards for taste and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Lead ordering and prep planning to ensure the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for the daily rush.
  • Menu Innovation: Assist in creating and developing new menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
  • Efficiency: Handle high-volume breakfast rushes with a calm, professional demeanour.
  • Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Skills

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Breakfast Cook in a high-volume environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of breakfast staples, including eggs (all styles), omelets, and pancakes.
  • Stress Management: The ability to work well under pressure and manage a fast-paced kitchen workflow.
  • Reliability: A strong work ethic and a history of punctuality for early morning shifts.
  • Team Spirit: A positive attitude and a commitment to being a helpful, collaborative team member.
  • Cultural Asset: Experience with Indian cuisine is considered a strong asset for our hybrid menu, though it is not a requirement.
