Job Summary: Elite In-Room Care

As a Pawsome Hotel Companion, you deliver premium, in-room pet sitting services for guests at our exclusive partner hotels across Toronto. This is a role for professionals who excel at personalised, reliable care. You ensure the pet is happy, healthy, and safe, providing peace of mind to our discerning clients while they are away.

Key Responsibilities:

Pet Care & Wellness

• Provide loving, attentive in-room care, including feeding, exercising, and engaging pets according to individual needs.
• Monitor pets' health and well-being, administering medication when required.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and order in the hotel room during and after visits.

Professional & Client Service

• Represent Pawsome with discretion and courtesy in all interactions with guests and hotel staff/concierge teams.
• Share timely, personalised updates (including photos and videos) with pet owners.
• Deliver reliable, compassionate service that reflects Pawsome's elevated standards and strict safety protocols.

Requirements: The Pawsome Standard

• Experience is Key: Proven experience (personal or professional) in pet sitting, dog walking, grooming, training, rescue, or vet clinic settings.
• Adaptability: Comfortably care for pets of different breeds, ages, and temperaments, including those with behavioural considerations.
• Professional Presence: Exceptional communication skills, reliability, and a strong sense of discretion suitable for high-end hotel environments.
• Concierge Mindset: Experience in hospitality, customer service, or concierge settings is a significant asset.
• Safety Certification: Must be certified in, or willing to complete, Pet First Aid & CPR
• Reliable Transportation: Ability to easily travel to various hotel locations across Toronto.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 12 per week
