Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist in the beauty industry. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a flair for hair styling, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation.

Duties

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Assist clients with hair styling services, providing recommendations based on their preferences and trends.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and common areas to uphold health and safety standards.
  • Engage in upselling products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to retail sales.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and processing transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience for all clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
  • Proficient in hair styling techniques; certification or training is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sanitation practices relevant to the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Experience in upselling products or services is desirable.
