Edmonton Alberta TSK Canada All Weather At Home Career Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Hello. It's nice to meet you.

If you're looking for a challenge, you've come to the right place. We can't promise where you'll go, but we do promise no two All Weather journeys are the same. Whether it's a home, a career, a family, or a future, we're all building something. And after 45 years, we're just getting started.

We're proud to be Canada's largest privately owned and operated window, door, and glass manufacturer. Our national team of over 1,000 employees works together to push boundaries, improve quality, and shape the future of how we live and work.

Are you ready for this?

At the All Weather Group, we're looking for a highly skilled, compassionate, and forward-thinking Occupational Health and Safety Nurse to join our Edmonton manufacturing team. In this dynamic and multi-divisional role, you'll be the clinical lead and go-to resource for employee health and wellness across our nine Canadian divisions, supporting over 500 workers across multiple provinces.

This is not just a clinical role. It's strategic, responsive, and deeply human. You'll deliver onsite care, oversee disability management, lead health programs, supervise clinical staff, and help design systems that keep our people safe, supported, and thriving.

What you'll do

On any given day, you'll be responsible for:

Clinical Care and Surveillance

  • Deliver advanced, compassionate clinical care in response to workplace injuries and health needs
  • Provide emergency care and tele-triage support across Canadian sites, with appropriate referrals to general practitioners, emergency departments, and specialists
  • Conduct health assessments and clinical follow-up for occupational and non-occupational cases
  • Oversee and maintain the onsite health center to meet clinical and infection control standards, including supply management and cold chain maintenance
  • Perform and support health surveillance activities including audiometry, spirometry, vision screening, and immunizations

Disability Management and Return to Work

  • Lead disability management programs for occupational and non-occupational cases including WCB, short-term disability, and long-term disability across Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba
  • Coordinate return-to-work and modified work programs in collaboration with management, care providers, and WCB case managers
  • Advocate for timely diagnostics, treatments, and rehab by working closely with external healthcare providers

Health and Safety Program Development

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate occupational health programs including COVID-19 response, hearing conservation, drug and alcohol testing, biological and medical surveillance, and others
  • Create and maintain nursing directives, medical guidelines, and protocols in alignment with CRNA standards and provincial legislation
  • Support the Health and Safety team in inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and emergency response planning
  • Promote preventive health through wellness initiatives, motivational interviewing, and employee education

Team and Leadership

  • Supervise and support a team of casual nurses, paramedics, and first aiders across multiple divisions
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with internal teams, vendors such as Lifemark Physiotherapy, OIS clinics, and SureHire, and with external healthcare professionals
  • Promote a culture of safety, care, and proactive health management across all locations

Who you are

We hire as much for attitude as we do for experience. If you're an adaptable, people-first professional who leads with care and accountability, you'll fit right in.

Primary Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in Alberta via CRNA
  • Basic Life Support for HealthCare Providers (BLS-HCP) and Advanced International Trauma Life Support (ITLS-Advanced)
  • Certification or experience in venipuncture, audiometry, spirometry, and vision screening is preferred
  • Completed a certificate in Occupational Health Nursing and or actively pursuing the COHN(C) designation
  • CDMP designation would be an asset
  • Experience supporting multi-site, manufacturing, or industrial environments is preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of WCB processes and claims management in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba
  • Familiarity with provincial occupational health and safety legislation, health surveillance requirements, and clinical documentation standards
  • Experience using Intelex or other EHS and case management software is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong organization and documentation abilities
  • Demonstrates professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to equitable and ethical care for a diverse workforce

Why work with us

We know the work you do matters. So we've built a workplace that supports your growth, values your leadership, and empowers you to make a difference.

  • Impact: Your decisions will influence the health and safety of employees across nine divisions
  • Support: You'll be backed by a team that respects your clinical expertise and strategic input
  • Growth: With a culture of learning and career progression, you'll never stop building your skills or your future

Let's get after it

Every day at All Weather is an opportunity to roll up your sleeves and move one step closer to your goals. If you're interested in this role, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement. Visit our careers page to get started:
