Elementary School Secretary - Temporary

Location: Schumacher Public School

Start date: As soon as possibleuntil June 25, 2026, or return of absent employee

Vacancy Details: 1.0 (full-time, 35 hours/week)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma

  • Office Administration – 2 year Diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent personal and organizational skills required

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to work with petty cash, computerized bank reconciliations, etc.

  • Ability to communicate in a pleasant, courteous, and tactful manner

  • Aspen experience is an asset

  • Familiarity with SDS System is an asset - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite software is required

Salary as per the current COPE collective agreement
