Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:

  • Safely operate 26 feet box truck to transport mail and parcels to designated locations.

  • 1 Positions Available

. Start and Finish in Peterborough

.Mon- Thursday ( 4 days/week, 18:30-04:00, night shift, stops in Belleville and Ottawa.

. Driver will be paid minimum 10 hours/day, 40 hours/week.

. Dedicated run, no hand bombing required.

  • Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
  • Follow delivery schedules and routes provided. Same route and stops everyday.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any maintenance or repair needs
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, GZ License Preferred. G is also acceptable.

- Proven experience as a commercial driver or in a similar role for 2 years. Must for insurance.

  • Security clearance required with fingerprints. 2 pieces of photo IDs required.

  • Forklift license asset.

  • Safety shoes and Vest is required.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
