We have immediate entry level openings for Full-Time HVAC Maintenance technicians in Peterborough and the surrounding area. Minimum 1 year residential experience required. 313D apprenticeship available to the right technician

HVAC/R Residential Maintenance Technician

Required:

  • Valid G driver's license
  • G2 License (minimum)
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Clean Driver's Abstract

Responsibilities:

  • Outstanding customer service
  • Ability to maintain equipment with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Some computer skills are required (utilizing tablet or smart phone in the field)
  • Maintain residential heating equipment and systems
  • Inspect systems and their components to ensure safety, and identify necessary repairs, and provide an ongoing program of preventive maintenance
  • Identify problems and/or failures and communicate next steps to customers
  • Willingness to support other geographic service areas is a plus (well compensated to do so)
