About the Role
1. Understand the security and compliance of US,
Canada (NA region)
2. Hands on experience on secure cloud capabilities and work to define new MS Azure and AWS based offerings that support the company's strategy
3. Has implemented MS Azure and AWS Core products for serving cloud deployment and operations need for cloud native and cloud enabled apps
4. Defines and deploys monitoring, metrics and logging systems; analyze monitoring information for faults, alarms, and other errors and recommend corrective action
5. Design, Development and continual improvement of CI/CD pipelines and its automation
6. Executing and troubleshooting Infrastructure issues and any application deployment procedures;
experience participating in or running incident bridges
7. Implements and manages delivery systems, security controls, and governance and compliance
validation;
8. Monitoring system performance and recommend corrective action: Monitors for faults, alarms, and other errors.
9. Documenting current environment and ongoing maintenance of documentation
10. Prepare daily/ weekly / periodic dashboards for supporting cloud Infra environments
Responsibilities
11. Own and execute contracted infra needs such as BCP/DR exercise, assessment certifications such as SOC, ISO, back up & restore, etc.
Requirements
- Anchor NFR sessions for new implementations on the cloud deployment, release management , environment support area
- Provide L1/L2 support on Aws and Azure environments during US day time, in coordination with offshore Devops support team
- Resolve/provide support for deployment architecture impl. Incl the domain name certificate config and integration with Bank VPN network
- Application monitoring and configuration of alerts
- Regular health check in coordinate with offshore team
