About the Role

We are looking for a
hands-on Technical Lead
with deep expertise in
JavaScript/NodeJS test automation
. This role requires an individual who codes and automates testing daily, leads small technical teams, and drives automation strategy across web and mobile applications.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 12–15 years of experience in
    hands-on test automation and execution
  • Strong expertise in
    JavaScript / NodeJS
  • Solid knowledge of
    test automation design architecture
  • Experience with
    automation frameworks, tools, and best practices
  • Ability to
    analyze requirements, identify test cases, and evaluate test results
  • Strong
    logic and analytical skills
  • Experience in
    web application automation
  • Proven experience
    leading small teams technically

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    test automation strategy and frameworks
    across multiple projects
  • Lead, mentor, and train QA engineers on
    best practices, tools, and methodologies
  • Develop and implement
    automated test scripts
    using various automation tools
  • Integrate automated testing into
    CI/CD pipelines
    for continuous quality
  • Monitor and analyze
    test execution results and quality metrics
  • Serve as
    automation Point of Contact (POC)
    for assigned projects
  • Coordinate automation efforts with QA, product, and engineering teams
  • Maintain and enhance automation test code, ensuring
    robust and reliable solutions
  • Identify technical blockers and challenges during exploratory testing
  • Track ROI and maintain the
    health and reliability
    of automation coverage
  • Debug test failures and framework issues, delivering
    clear and actionable reports
  • Effectively communicate blockers, failures, and status updates to stakeholders
