We're growing and looking for a Marketing Assistant who's ready to bring fresh ideas, creative energy, and strong follow-through to our team. If you're the kind of person who scrolls social media and instantly thinks of ways to make content more engaging, thoughtful, and strategic - we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

·   Help plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn

·   Write scroll-stopping captions, blog posts, and property descriptions that reflect our brand voice

·   Design graphics and marketing materials that stand out, using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

·   Capture and edit photos and short videos for reels, stories, and property tours

·   Support property listings, open houses, and client events with creative marketing campaigns

·   Keep our website, listings, and digital platforms updated and accurate

·   Track analytics, identify trends, and help guide future marketing strategies

·   Coordinate with photographers, videographers, agents, and vendors to execute campaigns

·   Stay organized with calendars, timelines, and task management tools

Your Core Marketing Toolkit

·   Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)

·   Social media scheduling )

·   Creative content development (captions, reels, short-form video ideas)

·   Intermediate graphic design skills (Canva and Adobe Creative Suite)

·   Basic Copywriting with a strong grasp of tone and brand voice

·   Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Robly, etc.)

·   Website and blog updates

·   SEO basics (keywords, meta descriptions, alt text)

·   Analytics tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, reporting)

How You Work

·   Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once

·   Confident coordinating with creative partners and team members

·   Skilled with task management

·   Strong communicator who adapts tone and style across platforms

·   Excited to share new ideas and contribute to creative strategy

Must-Haves

·   3+ years of professional experience in marketing and social media

·   Experience working with Mac and iPhone devices

·   Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools

·   Basic photography and videography skills

·   Website management experience

·   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

·   Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel

·   A proactive mindset - you take initiative, make decisions, and look for ways to improve

·   Pride in delivering high-quality work and seeing projects through

Bonus:
 Experience in real estate marketing or a strong interest in the real estate industry is a significant asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Wage: $50K-$55K per year depending on experience.
