Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be a self-driven leader who excels at establishing structure, maintaining operational discipline, and ensuring team accountability. A strong financial acumen and the ability to make data-based decisions are essential for this role.

  • Direct and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain structured processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable for performance, productivity, and adherence to policies.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, stock control processes, and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and financial performance, ensuring effective cost control.
  • Identify process improvements and lead initiatives that enhance operational performance.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support broader business objectives.

  • Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations management.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on accountability and performance management.
  • Highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to create and maintain operational structure.
  • Solid financial understanding and experience with budgeting, KPIs, or operational cost management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
