As an Inventory Clerk at CIMS LP, you will be a key contributor towards CIMS success by organizing warehouse stock to ensure materials are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while embodying CIMS corporate values of Our People, Our Promise, Our Passion.

You will report to the Asset Manager and be accountable for:

  • Maintaining records of ingoing/outgoing materials and conducting routine cycle counts.
  • Receiving shipments into the warehouse, ensuring the accuracy of purchase orders and inventory records.
  • Preparing materials for dispatch to client sites in collaboration with logistics staff.
  • Generate inventory reports and communicate inventory shortages or surpluses to relevant teams

A successful candidate would be an individual who has:

  • Post-secondary courses or certifications in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
  • 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations or inventory control.
  • Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in computer Office Suite applications i.e. Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Experience using inventory management systems is considered an asset (ex. Business Central, SAGE).

_ Working conditions you can expect while performing your role include:_

  • May be required to work outside of normal work hours on occasion to meet the needs of the business.
  • Some lifting, carrying and climbing in relation to equipment inspection and services monitoring.
