As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Representative to grow our presence across the GTA, Eastern Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritime provinces.

Position Overview

The Sales & Business Development Representative will be responsible for expanding market share, nurturing existing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned regions. This is a remote role with travel required for customer visits, industry events, and occasional team meetings.

You will thrive here if you are self‑motivated, technically competent, and driven to build long-term partnerships in the industrial supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow revenue across the GTA, Eastern Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including end users, EPCs, fabricators, and distributors.

  • Promote the company's full range of carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy piping products.

  • Identify new market opportunities and emerging customer needs.

  • Follow up quotes, proposals, and offer product recommendations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (inside sales, logistics, operations) to ensure seamless customer service.

  • Track sales activities, pipeline development, and market intelligence.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience in industrial distribution, metals, piping products, or related sectors.

  • Strong understanding of carbon steel, stainless, and alloy piping products (pipe, fittings, flanges, etc.) is a major asset.

  • Proven ability to develop new business and manage a sales territory.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned regions.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred, particularly for coverage of the Quebec territory.

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
