We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PrepCook/Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties

  • Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
  • Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Support the serving staff by preparing plates for service and maintaining the flow of food from the kitchen.
  • Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and report any shortages.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
