Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. You will be involved in various tasks, including cashiering, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their needs.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Prepare food items according to company standards while adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring all health standards are met.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus, especially in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
  • A willingness to help others and work as part of a team is essential for success in this role.
