Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Place and Finisher to join our construction team to wrap up the 2025 season . The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various aspects of concrete work, including forming and base work. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Perform concrete placing and finishing with precision and care.
  • Install rebar according to project specifications to ensure structural integrity.
  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as needed for various tasks.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing concrete surfaces.
  • Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Perform heavy lifting as necessary to move materials and equipment on-site.

Requirements

  • Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in construction environments.
  • Familiarity with rebar installation techniques and concrete forming methods.
  • Experience in carpentry, masonry, restoration, and renovation projects is highly desirable.
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment safely; certification may be required based on specific machinery used.
  • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and understanding of safety protocols related to their use.
  • Physical capability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly throughout the workday.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $19.81-$48.64 per hour
