The Opportunity
Lead our financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to align with strategic goals. You will serve as a key business partner to cross-functional teams, providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making and driving high-impact growth initiatives. This role includes mentoring a high-performing team and presenting financial analyses to the executive team and Board of Directors.

Your Daily Adventures

  • Pioneer Financial Strategy: Own the complete financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycle to drive company-wide strategic alignment and world-class financial performance.
  • Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate across all executive and functional teams (e.g., Merchandising, Marketing, Operations) to deliver high-impact financial insights that fuel data-driven business decisions.
  • Accelerate Growth: Identify, evaluate, and champion market expansion, investment, and partnership opportunities, ensuring financial viability and long-term success.
  • Elevate FP&A Operations: Continuously improve and scale financial tools, systems, and processes for optimal accuracy and efficiency in our high-growth environment.
  • Cultivate a Winning Team: Mentor and lead a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Command Executive Communication: Prepare and present compelling financial analyses, forecasts, and performance updates to the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and key stakeholders.

Your Toolkit

  • Seasoned FP&A Leadership: 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • High-Growth & Retail Acumen: Proven success driving financial performance in a high-growth environment, with a strong background in retail or consumer goods (fashion experience is a bonus).
  • Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and modern ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
  • Strategic Communicator: Exceptional ability to distill complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial executives and stakeholders.
  • Hands-On Strategist: A proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and effectively manages competing priorities with a hands-on approach.
