Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Estimator/Sales at HIRSCH HOLDINGS, INC., located in Estevan, SK. The Construction Estimator/Sales will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, analyzing data, negotiating with suppliers, and developing project timelines. The role includes identifying potential clients, maintaining client relationships, presenting proposals, and securing contracts. Daily responsibilities involve preparing quotes, attending site visits, and collaborating with project managers to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met and Sales of building materials including windows, doors and tools.
Qualifications
- Cost estimation, and financial analysis skills
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry regulations
- Experience in sales, client negotiations, and contract management
- Project management and time management skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently
- Experience in the construction industry and in sales is a plus
