Description sommaire du poste:
Le titulaire du poste fait de la conception et de la modélisation 3D de pièces et/ou d'assemblage. De plus, il produit le dessin 2D à partir du modèle 3D en respectant les normes de dessin technique du client ou de MSB.
Principales responsabilités :
- Effectue des recherches sur la faisabilité, la conception, l'exploitation et la performance de pièces, mécanismes et systèmes;
- Participe au développement de nouveaux produits novateurs qui satisferont les très hautes exigences des clients, et qui rencontreront les cibles de coût, de fiabilité, de requis de performances, établis à l'interne;
- Obtient tous les documents normatifs nécessaires relié à la recherche et aux développements;
- Effectue au besoin des analyses de stress;
- Participe à la planification des projets. Peut être appelé à diriger des projets;
- Prépare des estimations de coûts et de temps, des rapports et des devis de conception
- Fait de la conception de pièces et systèmes;
- Génère les soumissions et informations appropriées au dessin qui permettront l'assemblage tout en rencontrant les différents requis, dont le coût, la qualité et la fiabilité;
- Prépare des documents contractuels et évalue des soumissions;
- Supervise des techniciens et autres concepteurs/ingénieurs (si tel est le cas) et révise et approuve les designs, les calculs et les coûts estimatifs;
- Optimise sa conception pour s'assurer de la compétitivité du système. Propose des solutions qui sont alignés sur des pratiques reconnues dans l'industrie;
- Participe à l'encadrement, la formation et l'évaluation de l'équipe de l'ingénierie;
- Participe aux montages des assemblages de pièces, aux tests, ajuste au besoin ceux-ci, vérifie que les tests sont conformes au plan de test;
- S'assure de rencontrer les budgets alloués pour les heures de projet et les coûts pièces
Requirements
Compétences :
- Faire preuve de rigueur et de minutie
- Être innovateur et être axé sur l'amélioration continue
- Personnalité pratique et débrouillarde et qui mets les mains à la tâche
- Comprend les systèmes mécaniques, comment ils sont montés et construit
- Comprend les caractéristiques des matériaux pour les appliquer
- Comprend comment les charges se distribuent dans les systèmes et en tient compte dans sa conception et son approche
- Compétences en gestion des priorités, souci du détail et capacité de travailler dans des délais courts
- Esprit d'équipe, personne positive et proactive
Qualifications :
- Avoir 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste d'ingénieur mécanique ou aéronautique
- Avoir de l'expérience dans la fabrication de produit mécanique aéronautique
- Connaître le logiciel Catia V5 obligatoire
- Être bilingue parlé et écrit français/anglais pour être en mesure de répondre au clients sont qui unilingue anglophone (plus de 50% du temps)
