Responsibilities/ Duties:

Your role will majorly revolve around the following activities:

  • Receiving of goods
  • Inventory management
  • Processing orders online on the system
  • Invoicing
  • Processing, picking and packing orders in the warehouse
  • Handling customer inquiries from time to time
  • Customer service follow up
  • Keeping the warehouse neat and organized to ensure products are always easily locatable and accessible
  • Supporting the team with other ad hoc activities such as, maintenance schedule, testing, alarm & security system, vendor relationship

This position will report directly to the Manager of the company and with their help you will learn all aspects of warehouse & operations.

A working knowledge of courier shipping systems and experience using indoor lift vehicles in the warehouse would be an asset.
