Stallion Express is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join and oversee our small Location in Kitchener, ON

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 11AM - 7PM.

**Who are we looking for?**
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the Kitchener Location. You will be our clients' main point of contact when they come in to the store to drop off their packages as well as to answer any of their questions.

**Responsibilities**:
This position will report directly to the Head of Operations of Stallion Express. This role will also work closely with our customer service team and account executives.
- Ensure day-to-day operations adhere to all of Stallion's processes and protocols (some tasks include, but not limited to: shipping and receiving, sorting, scanning, processing, organizing, loading/unloading, providing customer service to walk in clients).
- Ensure the team is adhering to all safety requirements.
- Perform some administrative duties.
- Promotes Stallion's culture and values within the team.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of related warehouse/store experience.
- Willing to accept full responsibility and accountability of branch operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trusting and supportive relationships with team members.
- Must be trustworthy and reliable (it's you running the show).
- Can multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Decisive, assertive, and strong communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Must be proactive and be comfortable helping out in all aspects of the operations when necessary.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- warehouse: 2 years (required)
