At Three Seasons Landscape Group Inc., we deliver construction services to commercial and municipal clients across the region. We're hiring a Project Coordinator to support the seamless execution of our landscape construction and projects, coordinating crews, managing schedules, and ensuring projects stay on track and budget.
The Role You’ll Play
As the Project Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting project execution across our commercial and municipal divisions. You’ll coordinate scheduling, materials, subcontractors, and communications to ensure smooth operations from mobilization through to project closeout. Reporting directly to senior management, you'll be the go-to for logistics, field coordination, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination & Scheduling
- Coordinate construction schedules across multiple job sites
- Support project managers and foremen with daily planning and resource allocation
- Track timelines, job progress, and changes to ensure client expectations are met
2. Crew & Subcontractor Support
- Communicate job requirements clearly to field teams and subcontractors
- Ensure crews are equipped with the required materials, tools, and documentation
- Maintain real-time awareness of jobsite activity and respond to evolving needs
3. Material & Equipment Management
- Source, order, and schedule delivery of materials based on job specs
- Coordinate equipment use and ensure readiness for scheduled work
- Track inventory levels and delivery timelines to prevent delays
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain organized project files, change orders, and completion documentation
- Update internal tracking tools and support job costing and forecasting
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of daily logs, site photos, and communications
5. Communication & Problem Solving
- Act as a central communication point between office, field, suppliers, and clients
Help troubleshoot scheduling, material, or staffing conflicts
- Support clear client communication and project transparency

- Projects start and finish on schedule with mínimal delays or disruptions
- Crews arrive prepared, informed, and equipped each day
- Materials and subcontractors are scheduled with precision
- Documentation is up-to-date, organized, and audit-ready
- Communication flows seamlessly between all stakeholders
- Clients experience confidence and clarity throughout each project
- You’re recognized as a trusted operational partner and key contributor to successful project delivery.
What You Bring to the Team
- 3+ years of experience in landscape construction or coordination (municipal/commercial experience an asset)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using project management software and digital tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
