Cross Country is a leading Canadian Manufacturer in the aggregate and transportation industry and is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Worker for our maintenance department.

Skill Sets and Requirements:

  • Proven maintenance experience
  • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
  • Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts
  • Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary
  • Ability to maintain focus while working independently
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Previous construction, auto mechanic, and/or farm-related experience would be an asset
  • Able to handle physically strenuous work (lift approximately 50lbs)
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Familiar with decimals and fractions
