Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, for processing customer transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring expiration dates
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
  • Opening/Closing store.

Skills

  • Strong background in food preparation and handling within the food industry
  • Experience with POS systems
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proven customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards
  • Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
