Job Title: Sales Administration

Department: Internal Sales

Reports to: Team Lead

Your Tasks:

  • Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person for order clarifications, including shipping, invoicing, quantities, and technical questions.
  • Complete invoicing of orders in our CRM, including through customer required third-party portals.
  • Manage the Orders inbox and process orders within your assigned territory.
  • Contact customers to clarify missing, incomplete, or unclear order details.
  • Manage and prioritize rush orders to ensure timely processing.
  • Acknowledge orders using customer specific documentation, systems, or platforms.
  • Review and resolve alert messages from production and notify customers of any changes.
  • Coordinate with the OFG group for scheduling and support on items requiring special lead times.

Your Profile:

  • College Diploma or a University Degree is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in all customer interactions.
  • A strong willingness to learn to constantly deepen your expertise in measurement technology
  • High level of English proficiency required, bilingual in French is an asset
