Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cannabis Pick & Pack Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately fulfilling orders, maintaining organized inventory, and supporting efficient day-to-day operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with product handling and tracking, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations is highly valued, as well as a solid understanding of cannabis products industry. (Budtenders preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for fulfillment or delivery according to established procedures
  • Verify product information, weights, and labeling to ensure compliance with regulations and internal quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the fulfillment and storage areas
  • Replenish stock and rotate inventory to maintain product freshness and compliance with inventory controls
  • Operate tracking and POS software systems to record product movement and update inventory records
  • Support inbound and outbound shipments by assisting with receiving, sorting, and restocking products
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily order and productivity targets
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements for handling cannabis products
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly to management
  • Assist with basic merchandising or packaging tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Budtender is a plus.
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, retail stockroom, or logistics roles preferred
  • Criminal Background Check is a requirment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and record-keeping
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or POS/inventory platforms is an asse
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations
  • Ability to lift and move boxes or products up to 50 lbs as required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
  • Knowledge of cannabis products, regulations, and safe handling practices is an advantage
  • Dependable team player with strong communication skills
  • Bilingual abilities (English/French) considered an asset

Summary

  • This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work in a professional cannabis logistics environment supporting multiple licensed brands across Ontario. You'll play a key role in ensuring that all products are handled, documented, and shipped with precision, contributing to the success and compliance of our clients' supply chain operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
