Overview

We're looking for motivated and outgoing Sales Associate/Representatives to join our office team. You'll be speaking with homeowners over the phone about government rebate and funding programs that help them lower their energy bills, upgrade their homes, and reduce their environmental impact, all at no upfront cost.

We are the authorized government partner for all energy affordability programs across Canada. Your job is to help people understand what they qualify for and guide them through the process.

No previous sales experience is needed, we'll train you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Call homeowners to explain how they can qualify for rebates and upgrades through government programs.
  • Answer questions, collect basic information, and book appointments for our energy advisors.
  • Use our system (we'll train you) to track your calls and schedule follow-ups.
  • Follow a simple script and learn how to handle common questions or concerns.
  • Hit easy-to-follow targets (calls per day, appointments booked).

  • Basic computer skills, if you can use email and a browser, you're good.
