Title: Senior SAP Project Manager (Finance)
Location: Toronto
Term: 9-10 months
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
We are looking for a strong project manager for the SAP Finance stream. Experience with S4 Hana preferred. Must have strong resource planning and MS projects skills. It would be a 9–10-month contract in the Toronto area. The client works hybrid schedule so only local consultants will be considered.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a Project Manager
- PMP Certification is mandatory
- Strong SAP Finance Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules relevant to finance (10+ years)
- Familiarity with SAP project methodologies (e.g., Activate, ASAP).
- Proficiency in project management tools – extensive experience with MS Project
- Financial Process Optimization: Proven track record in streamlining financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Project Management Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale finance-related IT projects from initiation to closure.
- Finance Systems Integration: Experience integrating SAP systems with other enterprise financial tools, especially integration with Blackline and Ariba
- University Computer Science or Business Commerce degree or equivalent experience
- Good working knowledge of accounting and reporting is must. SAP certification is a plus.
- Experience in consumer products, fashion or manufacturing industry preferred)
- Business Analyst experience is a plus
