We are currently seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to support our commercial swimming pool and spa projects. This is a hands-on role working on-site alongside experienced trades in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform finish carpentry related to commercial pools and spas, including formwork, framing, decking, benches, enclosures, access panels, and custom wood features
  • Install and finish carpentry components around pool decks, change rooms, mechanical rooms, and spa areas
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, pool layouts, and specifications
  • Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials with precision and attention to detail
  • Work closely with concrete, mechanical, and electrical trades to support pool and spa construction
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a finish carpenter in commercial or construction environments
  • Experience working on pools, spas, or similar construction projects is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and finishing techniques
  • Ability to read drawings and follow technical instructions
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
  • Willing and able to work on-site at multiple locations

Work Hours:

  • 6-day work week with long hours during peak seasons

    (April to early July and mid-August through end of October)
  • Start times between 6:30am - 7:00 am; end times vary based on project scope
  • 40–50+ hours per week
  • On-site work throughout the GTA and surrounding areas
